About us

Build to Suit provides a "design develop" method to building and construction that speeds the shipment of projects, makes sure quality and minimizes cost. We hand-select the architect that will best fit the customer's requirements. In turn, we get engineers and subcontractors, who do their style in combination with the designer for a typical goal. With client input, we handle every step of style, while keeping track of expense and schedule. Once building begins, we handle progress, quality and last shipment, consisting of close-out files, commissioning and a one year guarantee.

  is underway at the previous Story County Medical Center in Nevada, IA! We are proud to be changing this familiar landmark into 60 new housing systems, bringing fresh opportunities to the neighborhood. Residents are expected to relocate next year. This moment advises us that hope, durability, and community make all the difference. We're honored to stand behind Chad and his family, and we're incredibly grateful to Big Grove Brewery in Cedar Rapids, IA for hosting the event that assisted make Ella's dream a reality.   We just recently completed a Rec Room remodelling for our good friends at Ronald McDonald House Charities, changing the space into a warm, welcoming retreat for families. This upgrade functions: ➡ Modern, comfy furnishings ➡ A mix of open gathering spaces and peaceful nooks ➡ A vibrant custom wall covering and rug ➡ Interactive video games on the walls and tables These thoughtful touches intend to produce a space where families can unwind, reset, and feel supported.   This week we had the chance to host Spencer, a current Regina High School graduate, for a task shadow experience at BTS. He invested time both in the workplace and out on the job site, providing him a well-rounded, hands-on take a look at how a project comes together from start to complete. We're constantly delighted to support students who are pursuing professions in the building industry. It's a benefit to partner with Regina High School and help introduce trainees like Spencer to real-world experience in the field. We wish him all the very best as he heads to the University of Northern Iowa to study Construction Management!   As we review Memorial Day, we're reminded of the sacrifices made by those who served - and the significance of supporting those who continue to address the call. ❤ We recently finished a tenant improvement task for the United States Army in Iowa City, IA. This 1,700+ square foot area will function as a recruitment office and consists of an open office area, a training room, the Section Chief's office, and restrooms. This project is a strong example of our team's capability to provide high-quality, practical areas that support significant objectives in our communities. Thank you to the United States Army for the opportunity to contribute to your ongoing efforts both locally and nationwide!
